Perhaps our experience was made better by the comparison of everything surrounding it being awful. But this is the only place to stop and get a good meal if you're doing the trip from Adelaide to NSW or vice versa. Every other motel or pub along the way cannot compare the service of this one establishment. The staff are very accommodating (even making us vegan meals in the country where the word mostly doesn't exist) and ensuring our time spent there was pleasurable. The games room is well equipped and it's super friendly for kids. It's worth getting the deluxe rooms (which is still competitively great value) for the extra living space. We had such a good time staying here it feels like part of the holiday more than a layover.

You expect outdated bathrooms and not greatest decor. Lets face it most of us want a good nights sleep and a hot shower after a day on the road.Neither will be found here.No hot water in our room! And instead of an apology from them I receive an email response that they are to busy to contact customers.Maybe less money on new Mustang and more on maintenance and customer service training
Great for families. We had so much fun there over Christmas. The room was nice and clean. Comfortable bed with very soft cotton sheets. My 3 year old thoroughly enjoyed the games room. The massage chair in the games room was great after a long drive. Highly recommend this place.
